National Scrapbooking Day Celebration Blog Hop

This month I am following {Michelle Stewart's blog}   We have 12 Close to My Heart Consultants participating in this Blog Hop. If you lose your place while traveling through our blog hop, the complete list of participants can be found here.

Close to My Heart is going all out for National Scrapbooking Day with an incredible special! The National Scrapbooking Day Celebration special will be one of our biggest celebrations ever, and with five exclusive workshop kits, it’s not difficult to see why! Make sure to join us on April 30 and May 1 for a two-day live crafting extravaganza on the CTMH Facebook Group!

Instructions for all 5 kits, 2 scrapbooking, 2 cardmaking, and 1 small album can be found on my website.  The stamp sets in these kits are exclusive to the bundles.

I decided to use the Party Girl Stamp Set.  It is a gorgeous stamp set.  I am learning how to color with our alcohol markers so this stamp set is a perfect stamp set for this.

It even has a little dog and cat!  So, here is my card:

So hard to photograph that beautiful Rose Gold metallic blotched design on the cardstock from the Party Girl paper pack.  I paper pieced the pretty girl's dress then I added a little shimmer to her petticoat with our Clear Shimmer Brush.

I used a variety of our Spectrum Noir TriBlend markers to color my pretty girl in.  Here's the markers I used:  Fair Skin; Tan Blend; Earth Brown Blend; Gold Brown Blend; Pale Pink Blend; Dark Red Blend; Earth Brown Shades; Gold Yellow Blend; Alpine Green Blend; Pale Pink Shades; Dark Red Shades; and the Blender.

The girl is gorgeous enough so I don't need to add any extra embellishments - just a few mats and a sentiment.

Thank you for visiting my blog.  I would love for you to show me a little love by leaving me a comment and then please go to our next artist, {Haley Dyer}and see what she has made with one of the National Scrapbooking Day Bundles.

You can purchase this bundle as well as any of the supplies listed above  on my website.
