Artiste in August - Day 22 - Coffin

Welcome to the 22nd day of the Artiste in August Blog Hop.  This is a circular hop and  Pamela O'Connor is the blog in front of mine.  We are a group of Close to My Heart Consultants who are making a different project each day using our brand new Close to My Heart Exclusive Cricut Artiste Collection.  Each day we will be focusing on a different shape or box that you can cut out with the Cricut Artiste cartridge.

Yes I know that I have been all about Halloween.  Well can you really blame me today?  I mean after all the shape that we are making today is a coffin.  LOL  I made my little coffin out of Slate cardstock.  I used the stamp sets from the Spellbound and Moonlight to stamp my spider webs and my spiders.   I cut out 3  skeletons with the Cricut Artiste and glued them into one skeleton with 3 layers.  I wanted it to stand out from the coffin.

I inked my edges with Black Ink and a sponge dauber.

See my little spider with his red bling eyes?

I stamped the spider web and spiders before I put the coffin together.

My skeleton says so long!  Off to the next blog on the hop.

And another look at the CTMH Cricut Artiste Collection.  I could not have done this myself without it!

  1. Haha!! So many of us did the webs and spiders, guess great minds think alike. :-) I like the bling eyes on your spider! Mine was just too small for anything on him. Great work!
