Welcome to the May Stamp of the Month Blog Hop!
The May Stamp of the Month is entitled You've Got a Friend (S1405) (Set of 5). Here is a picture of this stamp set:
Isn't this a whimsical stamp set? I love all of the sayings and cannot wait to use them.
The saying that caught my eye is "I love you to the moon and back." Sorry DH, but even though I do love you to the moon and back, in my head I see each of my kids when they were first born. The love I felt for them at that moment was totally encompassing and this saying really expresses it.
Here's my card.
I have been hankering to CASE this card by Pam Speidel. She used such a beautiful patterned paper. It really made the card. I was torn between using up a bunch of zip strips that I have collected or incorporating them with patterned paper to make my own beautiful paper. That was what I decided to do.
I grabbed my Jubilee paper pack and here is a look at how I made my patterned paper.
The inside of the paper is decorated but I forgot to take a picture. Oh my!
Thank you for visiting my blog. I would love for you to leave me a comment and then please go to our next artist, {Brae Montgomery's Blog.}
