Oh my goodness! I wasn't sure how I was going to use this paper because the prints are so vibrant, but paired with white and it makes such summery, happy projects.
I am in the process of putting together a special album for a young man to give his fiancée. I have some adorable pictures of his soon-to-be wife in a strawberry patterned jumper. Perfect for this layout!
This layout pattern came from the now retired Lucy Workshop on the Go. In my layout, I chose to use the reverse pattern from the Taste of Summer paper pack. The strawberries below the pictures came from a zip strip from one of the papers. I have made a few layouts with this paper pack and I like to pair our White Shimmer Trim with the paper for a more elegant look.
With this promotion you can also purchase the cutest stamp set also called Taste of Summer. I used it to stamp the strawberries, the words above the pictures and the sentiment.
I am not finished with this layout yet. I am going to add the year to it and then place a Flip Flap over the top left picture on the right page of this layout. I have 2 pictures that are almost the same but one has a mischievous smile and the other is more sedate. I decided to add some interest to this layout by adding the mischievous picture to the top of the layout.
By the way, this is the most incredible special. There is no qualifying purchase. You can purchase the Taste of Summer paper pack for $8.95. In it you will find 12 sheets of 2 sided paper, 2 each of 6 different patterns.
