Who doesn't need a Thank you card? And how about one (or two) with a little pizzaz?

Here is my first card:

So let me tell you about my cards. I opened up the new Happiness Lives Here Cardmaking Kit

and cut the the paper for the 16 cards I can make with this kit. For the card above, it was made with the scraps. I cut 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" strips and adhered them to a 4" x 5.25" piece of White Daisy cardstock. I stopped in random spots to stamp various "Thank You's" using Desert Rose, Blue Belle, and Sage Inks. Once I covered the entire piece of White Daisy cardstock I cut the excess strip edges hanging off adhered the panel to a card front.

The star sentiment is adhered with Thin 3D Foam Tape to a piece of White Daisy cardstock cut with our Stitched Bracket Thin Cuts.

Here is the second card:

The second card is a variation of the card designed for this kit. I changed it up just a little bit and popped the typewriter up with Thin 3D Foam tape on the scrap piece of Desert Rose cardstock from the kit that has been cut using the Stitched Bracket Thin Cuts. I stamped the Thank with Desert Rose Ink. The Wood Hearts are included with this kit and I colored the hearts with Sundance Shimmer Brush and Desert Rose Shimmer Brush.
