Stampers With an Attitude Blog Hop Featuring Artbooking

Welcome to the Stampers with an Attitude New Product Blog Hop.  This month I am following  Hilary Reynolds.  Our blog hop is a circular hop.  You just click on the link to the next blog on the bottom of this post and go visit the next blog.  If you get lost, I have all of the participating blogs near the bottom of my post.  Hope you enjoy seeing what our team has made for you.

This month our Stampers With an Attitude is  featuring artwork using our brand new Cricut Artbooking Cartridge that was released on August 1st.  I just cannot get enough of this cartridge!!  Whether you are a cardmaker, scrapbooker, or papercrafter, this cartridge is so much fun!

I had a good friend ask me to make a special card for another friend.  She wanted a super big card that would have a lot of room for a large group to sign.  I had been itching to try my hand with the artwork pictured on pg 132 of our catalog.  The artwork is the cover of one our our new Kraft 3 ring albums.  Looking at it, I realized that with a few changes I could turn this into a 3 page card with plenty of room for a large group to sign.

Here is my card:

My card is 8" x 8" and is made with Kraft Paper.  It is bound with a 3" x 8" piece of Barn Red Cardstock that is scored in the middle and attached to the card with eyelets.  I ran hemp Baker's Twine from the Wooden Medley Collection through the eyelets and tied a bow.  I really like the rustic look of it.  I used lots of different colored glitter glitz gel on the leaves of my tree.  I used the border from the Babycakes Complements for a completely different way to use a baby themed embellishment.  This card was SO much fun to make!

Now, hop on over to our next Blog hopper, the very talented, Angela Garcia and see what she has made for you to see!
