Welcome to the May Stamp of the Month
Blog Hop!

This month I am following {Jessica Kaiser's blog}   We have 19 Close to My Heart Consultants participating in this month’s Stamp of the Month Blog Hop. If you lose your place while traveling through our blog hop, the complete list of participants can be found here.

The May Stamp of the Month is entitled To My Bestie (S1905) (Set of  19).   Here is a picture of this stamp set:

Yay!!  The start of a new catalog brings lots of new products.  So many that I had a hard choice to make on what I wanted to use.  In fact, the hardest choice was not using it all!

Here's our new catalog.  Close to My Heart is celebrating 35 years in business!!  How exciting!  Let me know if you want me to mail you a catalog.  I am sending them out this week.

Here's my card:

This is my all time favorite card size - 4.5" x 6" card.  I believe I said that before, but it's true.  I was going for a soft feeling with this card.  I wanted the artwork to speak for itself.  The base is made with White Daisy Cardstock (X6027).  The girls and the sentiment are stamped with Heather Ink (Z2826) and colored the image with our Watercolor Pencils (Z4242)  I blended the pencils with the Waterbrush - Small Round (Z3324).

The image is matted with Fern Cardstock (X6003) and all of the patterned paper comes from one of our new paper packs, Sweet Girl (X7246B).

The rectangles are cut using our Stitched Rectangles (Z4260).  The flowers are stamped with Sapphire Ink using the Craft On—Cardmaking Stamp + Thin Cuts (Z4069) and topped with a gold shimmer gem.  The hearts are also cut with the same thin cuts.  I added a White Burlap Ribbon (Z3323) bow.

The May Stamp of the Month Stamp Set can be purchased for $18.95 or if you purchase $50 in CTMH products, you can add this stamp set to your order for an additional $5.  This stamp set is only available between May 1 – May 31, 2019.
