Welcome to the 19th day of the Artiste in August Blog Hop.  This is a circular hop and  Pamela O'Connor is the blog in front of mine.  We are a group of Close to My Heart Consultants who are making a different project each day using our brand new Close to My Heart Exclusive Cricut Artiste Collection.  Each day we will be focusing on a different shape or box that you can cut out with the Cricut Artiste cartridge.

I had my second Open House today.  I am so excited!  I welcomed another new downline to my team.  I have enough downline to make Director as long as my one of my downline gets one more member to join her team and she makes Manager.  If you know of anyone who would like to take advantage of the August Promotion and get a gorgeous tote bag worth $50 absolutely free with the purchase of a new Consultant Kit, please send them my way.  I am SO close!  Thank you very much.  Here is a link to the August Promotion:  click here

Now on to my project for today.  I am loving the little boxes that you can make with the Cricut Artiste.  This one I am entitling, "The Orchid Box".  I wanted to make my flower mysterious and exotic.  So I used black cardstock to make the box and used the pretty red patterned paper from Pear & Partridge for the petals.

I used our Almond Glitz Glitter Gel on the stamens because I think that it is pretty.  Why else?

And then, of course I had to use bitty sparkles on the petals because a girl can't have too much bling!

This box was super easy to put together.  It took about 20 minutes tops.  It can be found on pg 65 in the Artiste Handbook and on page 44 of the CTMH Artiste Assembly Guide.

Presenting the CTMH Cricut Artiste Collection.
